9/12/2023 0 Comments Forticlient cloud![]() ![]() So at this point, with the way I have postman configured, I simply thought I could hit the send button and I would get some sort of auth token or something back that would then allow me to proceed and use the "EndPoints" api calls to get the data I want. ![]() I am not sure what that value should be anyway. It looks like the "site" value is optional, so I am not including that. It formatted the above in a pretty print manner. I also hit the drop down to the right and selected the format of JSON. At this point in Postman, I clicked on the "headers" section and i created a new key called "Ems-Call-Type" and gave it a value of "2".įor the final part, it looks like I need to build a request body with a format like: Upon further reading, it appears like the header "Ems-Call-Type" is required and it appears like the default value is "2". My best guess is that I want to use a url for the post like this: If I am reading this correctly, I want to use Postman and form a post type request. I started out by simply trying to get authenticated by using the documentation here. ![]() I am not super familiar with how to do this and I've been using the fndn documentation to attempt to do some basic things like logging in using Postman, however I don't seem to be making much headway. I was poking around and seeing if there was a way to pull this data out in perhaps a CSV or something and it looks like it's possible, but you have to use the API. There's a ton of valuable data contained in our EMS Cloud like specifics on endpoint hardware, etc. We've just run through a mass deployment of FortiClient and we are using the EMS Cloud product. ![]()
